Innovation in the chocolate industry
We currently work on ultrasound development in the chocolate industry to increase the process control.
Better understanding of the chocolate blooming, and a new fast way of particle size measurement are the two leading projects we are investing time and money for.
Since the end of 2010 we also commercialize the new aluminium flat cups to replace the Nespresso cups which are currently required in Sollich Tempermeter. MHM is now able to support large sales.
